A qualified Chartered Accountant, Vikas has helped in setting up successful businesses and navigating business for growth and high profitability. He is guiding startups and build business’s with an eventual profitable exit & listing.
He has Worked with many Multinational Brands including a successful stint with Berggruen Hotels (Keys Hotels) as Executive Director and CFO. Berggruen Hotels is a part of US based, Berggruen Holdings which has investment interest in Real Estate, Supply Chain, Education, Hospitality and Transport. Berggruen Holdings has made well over 100 investments around the globe in past 20 years.
His other assignments were with Tata Global beverages, Bharti Airtel, Thomas Cook, Ampersand Education, Marico Ltd and Mahindra & Mahindra Group.
Vikas was awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management accountants UK as “One of the Most influential CFO’s of India” in 2016.Vikas was also awarded as Best CFO Hospitality and Services by Asia CFO Excellence awards, Singapore in 2016. Vikas writes for several leading publications in India and Internationally.
He is the Opinion Columnist with CEO world, New York and in India writes for Economic Times, HT Mint, Business world to name a few. etc Vikas is an active speaker on various Panels and Forums for Business Channels like Bloomberg, Zee Business, CNBC etc. Vikas has also won the Pride of India awards by ET Now in 2020 and recently he awarded the Best Chief Financial officer in Digital learning and education (Asia) 2020.
